Temp To Perm Services

The StaffSource Temp to Perm program allows a client to evaluate an employee during a probationary period. We allow the employee and client to make an in depth, on the job assessment before making a long-term commitment. After the probationary period is completed, the client may convert the Staffsource employee to a permanent hire with no additional cost.
