- Auditing/Reviewing transit updates and information provided via carrier websites
- Updating and maintain shipping records in company databases
- Assisting in customer problems/inquiries and providing problem resolutions escalation when needed
- Acting as a liaison between customers, carriers and customer service representatives
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions.
- Great customer service skills with upbeat telephone presence
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Prioritize and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously
- Basic MS Office skills,including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet.
- Great oral communication skills, particularly when dealing with a variety of people and situations over the phone and by email.
This position is in an office/call center environment and requires the ability to work well in a fast paced team setting.
