Transportation company located in South Atlanta seeking outgoing high energy customer service pro’s.

  • Auditing/Reviewing transit updates and information provided via carrier websites
  • Updating and maintain shipping records in company databases
  • Assisting in customer problems/inquiries and providing problem resolutions escalation when needed
  • Acting as a liaison between customers, carriers and customer service representatives

Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions.
  • Great customer service skills with upbeat telephone presence
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Prioritize and manage multiple critical projects simultaneously
  • Basic MS Office skills,including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet.
  • Great oral communication skills, particularly when dealing with a variety of people and situations over the phone and by email.

This position is in an office/call center environment and requires the ability to work well in a fast paced team setting.
