Job Description:

You are responsible for answering incoming calls from customers placing orders, respond to inquiries and invoice questions, handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide product information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• High proficiency MS Office
• Navigation of company’s website and internal systems
• Provide quality customer service
• Handle customer’s needs efficiently and effectively
• Must be able to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
• Great Phone skills
