Flexibility, professionalism and the ability to work with out direct supervision needed.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Reception duties, assisting with in-office communications and managing office supplies.
- May assist with proposals, will maintain records and provide general support as requested.
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting. Skills should include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
