We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to work with our client’s in the Vinings/Marietta area. Temporary and Temp to Perm opportunities!
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing and answering telephones
- Accounts Payable duties
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Responsible for billings and cost center budget administration
Education an Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of previous administrative experience, executive administrative experience a big plus!
- Possess the ability to multitask and handle confidential information
- Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills a must
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
