As the initial point of contact the Front Desk Coordinator should demonstrate a highly personable and extremely professional demeanor via phone and in-person throughout their daily administrative duties.
This is a responsible position requiring excellent communications, administrative and organizational skills. As first point of contact for clients, vendors, media and the public, the job demands initiative, efficiency and tact.
This person should have some previous office, organizational, planning and communications experience. A college degree is preferred.
