The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for establishing a welcoming environment either on the phone or in person. They are responsible for satisfying and fielding inquiries, gathering and receiving all incoming and outgoing mail and shipments, and copy/break room daily maintenance. As the initial point of contact for clients and prospects, the Front Desk Coordinator should demonstrate a highly personable and extremely professional demeanor when working with high-net worth families via phone and in-person throughout their daily administrative duties.
